Ottawa Community Pediatricians Network Directory

Ottawa Community Pediatricians Network Directory is comprised of pediatricians practicing in and around the Ottawa region. The data we collect and share to assist pediatrician referral processes is a joint effort between us and the pediatrician community. We are very appreciative of your support!

This project is lead by a small team of Ottawa community members that have generously volunteered their time to help create this project. They are listed in the table below.

1. When choosing a pediatrician to contact from the directory, please look at whether the clinic is accepting a new referral.
2. Depending on the patient's need, check whether the pediatricians are accepting patients for primary care vs. consulting care.
3. Include the following information:
1. Name and contact details of parents and/or guardians.
2. The child's past medical history including:
1. Birth History
2. Past Medical History
3. Medication
4. Allergies
5. Other medical subspecialties involved
3. For consulting care, include a clear referral question.
